Is there security deposit?
We do require security deposit and it goes toward your reservation if you show up and there were no damages to the equipment.
Arrival time
Please plan to arrive a little bit earlier before you reservation simply because parking situation sometimes is a bit tough( especially if you have charter on the weekend).
What should we bring?
Make sure you bring enough water and snacks for your trip. We do provide cooler to keep your drinks cold. Also don’t forget towels and sunscreen!
What if I have to cancel?
Please be aware that all reservations are non-refundable. Once a booking is made, cancellations at any time will not be eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
What if weather is bad?
If weather is bad we offer you either to reschedule for a different time or refund your deposit money whichever you prefer
